clean stay but lacked breakfast options
The room was clean and comfortable, which made for a pleasant overnight stay. The staff were genuinely friendly, which enhanced our experience significantly. I really appreciated the small refrigerator and microwave in the room, making it easy to store and heat snacks after the game. The city view from the window was also a nice touch!
The absence of breakfast options was a letdown after a long night.

The room was clean and comfortable, which was perfect after a late game. We had two full-size beds and the AC worked well. It was quiet despite a lot of people staying there. There was a small fridge and microwave, which was nice. It could use some curtains over the blinds, though—too much light came in! But overall, it suited our needs for a quick stay.

Clean and Comfortable with Good Amenities
The room was clean and comfortable, with efficient air conditioning, and it came with a fridge and microwave, making it handy for late-night snacks. Additionally, the beds were cozy and provided a restful night's sleep after a long day. However, I wish there were better window coverings, as too much light came in early in the morning.

The room was snuggly, just perfect after a long day exploring. Plus, there was a small fridge and microwave, which made it easy to store snacks from local Junction City spots. Fresh linens were a notable comfort!
However, we faced a few bummers, the bathroom cleanliness was questionable, with hair in the tub and a grimy toilet, and the promised breakfast turned out to be just a sign on the door declaring it discontinued. Mighty disappointing!

exploring junction city's landmarks just steps away
I really enjoyed my stay here because it was just a few steps from beautiful parks and attractions like the US Cavalry Museum and Fort Riley, and the beds were super comfy, allowing for a great night's sleep after my long city strolls.

The location surprised me considering how close it was to the K State game. The room felt spacious, and the beds were comfy. I appreciated having a small fridge and a microwave. Cleaning was decent. I found fresh linens, but I noticed a dead roach under the table—definitely a downside. Air conditioning worked like a charm, perfectly cool on a warm night. The shower had hot water, but the water flow was strong and didn’t have a way to adjust it. I didn’t expect fancy, but it would’ve been great to have a coffee maker in the room, and better window coverings would have helped with the early morning light. The lack of breakfast was a bummer too, but for the price, it still did the job for a quick stay.

Great Western Inn offered a surprisingly clean and spacious Double Room at a fantastic price during our stay for a K State game. The fresh linens and efficient air conditioning made our visit comfortable, though it would have been nice to enjoy a breakfast, which wasn’t available.

The lamp on the table between the beds had a convenient plug-in to charge my phone.
The shower didn't have an option to decrease the water flow, making it challenging to enjoy a comfortable shower.

It was just a balanced option for a two-day stay in Junction City with outstanding value. The air conditioning was surprisingly effective and made a huge difference during the hot night. Bring your own snacks since there’s no on-site dining available.

missingWrote a review on 07 Marlack of coffee
The room had some significant drawbacks, including a lack of coffee makers in the room, which could be a deal-breaker for caffeine enthusiasts. The shower’s water flow adjustment was practically non-existent, making it tough to enjoy a comfortable shower. Excessive light leaked through the poorly fitting door and blinds, making sleep tricky even with a makeshift blackout cover. The promised breakfast was non-existent, with a note stating breakfast had been discontinued, leaving a bit of a disappointment.
